WE'RE HIRING · GUÍA CERTIFICADA
We're looking for a certified Montessori guide, a native Spanish speaker who's ready to bring the language to life for children during the most important years of their development.
Montessori Certified · Native Spanish Speaker · Authorized to Work in the U.S.
WHY WORK AT SIMS
When a prepared environment meets a guide who genuinely loves the work, children flourish.
Real Montessori, done right
Work in an authentic, fully prepared Montessori environment. Your training and expertise are respected and put to genuine use, every day.
Room to grow
As we grow across our four campuses, opportunities grow with us. We invest in our guides' development, not just our classrooms.
Your language matters here
Your native Spanish is the heart of what we do. You'll watch children fall in love with your language in real time.
Music, culture & joy
Our ABC Spanish in Motion curriculum means your days include music, movement, and real cultural connection.
A founder-led, tight-knit team
SIMS was built by an educator. You'll work alongside a small, dedicated team that genuinely cares.
Four campuses, one community
Newton Corner, Newton Highlands, Newton Waban, and West Roxbury — a genuine community of guides who support each other across locations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Certified Montessori guide
AMS, AMI, or equivalent certification required — trained in the authentic Montessori method, ready to lead a fully prepared classroom.
Native Spanish speaker
Spanish must be your native language. Our immersion model depends on guides who speak Spanish naturally.
Authorized to work in the United States
Candidates must already hold valid U.S. work authorization. We're unable to consider applicants who require visa sponsorship at this time.
A genuine love for early childhood
Experience with children ages 15 months – 6 years, and real passion for their development. Patience, warmth, and curiosity matter as much as credentials.
HOW TO APPLY
We've kept the process straightforward because we'd rather spend time getting to know you than buried in paperwork.
Include your Montessori certification, relevant experience, and a brief note about why bilingual early childhood education matters to you.
If it feels like a fit on both sides, we'll set up a conversation and an opportunity to visit one of our classrooms in person.
Background check and references complete the process. We'll work together to find the right campus and start date for you.
Ready to see it for yourself?
The best way to understand what SIMS is, is to walk in.
No pitch, no pressure. Just an open classroom and a warm welcome.
