HOW IT WORKS

Five simple steps to enrollment.

From your first visit to your child's first day, here's exactly what to expect.

INQUIRE & VISIT

Book Your School Tour

It all starts with a visit. Set up a tour with our school office, see the classrooms in person, meet the guides, and ask every question on your mind.

APPLY

Submit Your Application

Once you feel SIMS is the right fit, you're welcome to apply. The application includes a $150 registration fee (non-refundable) and a deposit equal to one month's tuition, which secures your child's placement and is later applied to your final month's tuition.

DECISION

Hear Back & Choose a Start Date

Our admissions team reviews applications regularly. For children starting that fall, decisions are mailed in late May. If a spot isn't immediately available, your child is placed on our waitlist and late applications are always considered case by case.

Returning families: registration is $125 each new school year, and your deposit is applied directly to your first tuition payment.

ENROLL

Complete Your Enrollment

Once offered admission, you'll complete an Admission Agreement and finalize your registration fee and deposit - both non-refundable. We'll schedule an orientation appointment and send home a full enrollment packet.

All enrollment forms are due back to the school office no later than May 30th.

Visit the Classroom Together

Before your child's first full day, we recommend a one-hour classroom visit together. It's a gentle way to meet the guides, ease the transition, and give us a chance to learn more about how to support your child from day one.

What it costs to get started.

NEW FAMILIES

$150

One-time, non-refundable registration fee covering administrative processing of your application.

TUITION DEPOSIT

1 Month

A deposit equal to one month's tuition secures your child's placement. Applied to your final month of the year's contract.

RETURNING FAMILIES

$125

Returning students pay a reduced annual registration fee, with the deposit applied directly to the first tuition payment.

PAYMENT METHOD

Checks payable to ABC Spanish in Motion, mailed to 991 Boylston Street, Newton, MA 02461.

Both the registration fee and tuition deposit are non-refundable once submitted. Our team is always happy to walk through the details with you directly, just ask during your tour.
