SIMS Enrollment Package

Welcome to Spanish Immersion Montessori School
In order to complete your child’s registration process, please do the following:

1. Complete the forms below
2. Upload your child/ren’s last most recent physical exam that reflects all vaccinations and lead test results. Please notice that physical exams expire after 12 months.
3. Bring/Mail a non-refundable registration fee of $150 to cover the administrative work.
4. A non-refundable deposit of equal to one month of tuition to secure placement during the admission process. The deposit is applied to tuition in the last month of the year’s contract. Checks should be payable to Spanish Immersion Montessori School and brought or mailed to the school address accordingly (SIMS of Waban) (SIMS of Newton).
